Sale Terms and Conditions

1. Payment

1.1 Payment in full is required before dispatch or collection of your order by your own carrier. It is our intention to ship orders within 14 days from receipt of your payment if it is going take longer we will email you. If you have NOT received your order within 14 days please contact us. 

2. Products and Prices

2.1 Our prices and/or products are subject to change without notice.


2.2 You will be invoiced for goods at prices current at the date of dispatch.


2.3 You agree that goods which are in pack multiples will be supplied to you only in pack multiples.


2.4 All prices are invoiced per item.

3. Shipping & Handling


Please ensure that your E-mail Address and Delivery Address are correct.

3.1 Dispatch of goods is normally by Australia Parcel Post of by Contract Courier; however, we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means. You have the option of arranging for collection of the goods via your own carrier service.


3.2 You agree that you will be responsible for all delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

Alternet Detox expressly reserves the right to amend your invoice, should actual freight costs exceed the amount already paid. You agree that Alternet Detox may debit your account accordingly.


3.3 You agree that freight charges automatically applied to your order may be varied depending on your delivery address. Delivery from our place of business to remote or international locations may incur additional charges.


3.4 Large items such as Detox Foot Spa's or bulk orders may also incur additional delivery charges and we reserve the right to adjust these charges as may be appropriate.


3.5 You or your agent must be at your delivery address to take delivery of goods.


3.6 We will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left on your instructions at your unattended delivery address or delivered to the carrier, regardless of the method of shipping. Claims for loss or damage of products are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be reported to the appropriate carrier. Alternet Detox will NOT accept loss or damage of goods in transit that have NOT been insured. Should you require your order insured please contact us prior to dispatch.


3.7 Additions to orders will be treated as separate orders. You will receive a separate Invoice, dispatch and freight charge once the initial order has been packed and processed. Orders should reach your door in approximately 10-14 business days or less, unless your item is on back order. If the back ordered item would take more than 30 days, we will notify you by E-mail. Usually back orders don’t take that long.

It is our intention to ship Ionic Foot Bath & Detox Foot Spa Systems within 7 days (sometimes sooner) of purchase, please be aware that it could take about 2 - 4 weeks for these items. If shipping is going to take longer than 14 days we will email you with details. 

4. Returns/Cancellation Policy


4.1 Alternet Detox will not be liable to rectify incorrect supply of goods or damage to goods unless you advise us within 48 hours of taking delivery of goods.


4.2 Alternet Detox will not accept returns of goods any later than fourteen days (14) after the date of the invoice. Exclusions apply see (4.4 - 4.4a).


4.3 Returned goods must be accompanied by a photocopy of the original invoice supplied with them and our RAN please contact us for this before returning. Goods without RAN on the package will not be accepted.


4.4 Alternet Detox will not accept returns of goods that are not in the same condition as when supplied.


4.4a  Alternet Detox DOES NOT accept returns on Ionic Detox Foot Bath Systems, Mary Staggs Ionic Detox Foot Spas, Ion Spa Systems and Consumables due to Health and Hygiene Issues, as they CANNOT be re-stocked.


Our Systems are made up primarily of NON RETURNABLE Consumables and as such due to the nature of these products we DO NOT accept returns. Once they have been used, the Consumables are NOT able to be returned or re-stocked as they form a major part of the saleable value of our systems.


Items that we deem to be Consumables are the arrays, cleaning solution/powder, Himalayan Crystal Salts, Foot Basins and Liners ONCE USED and for obvious reasons these are NON Returnable and CANNOT be re-stocked.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL


The above clauses (4.2, 4.3, 4.4 ~ 4.4a) will not affect you rights as a consumer in regards to Electrical Failure and other Manufacturer Warranty Issues.


Terms and Conditions of this Warranty is detailed within the Product Manual supplied with your system.


4.4b Any Products offered as a Special Offer or Reduced Price are NON REFUNDABLE or RETURNABLE, all sales on these items are Final.


4.4c DETOX Foot Patches because of Health issues these cannot be returned.


4.4d Special Offers, Clearance or Reduced Price Items these items cannot be returned

ALL SALES ARE FINAL


4.5 Should you return goods not subject to clauses 4.1- 4.4 (a -b) we will be required to pay for the goods in full; (b) we will charge a restocking fee of 25% on all returns with the exception of Detox Foot Ionic/Spa Systems, Special Offers and Detox Foot Patches these items are Non-Returnable or Refundable all Sales are FINAL.


4.6 Alternet Detox will not be liable for claims under warranty unless you provide our Invoice as proof of date of purchase.


4.7 Shipping charges, Gift Wrap Charges & Paypal Charges are non refundable and a re-stocking/cancellation Fee of $15-00 will apply to all small orders


4.8 Items that have been used or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund unless found to be faulty by the Manufacturers, this DOES NOT include Ionic Detox Foot Bath, Mary Staggs Detox Foot Spa, Ion Spa and Consumables any faults found in regards to these items will be covered by Warranty and a repair or replacement is standard procedure.

The above does not affect you rights as a consumer or any warranty issues that may arise.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

PLEASE NOTE that our Sales and Returns Policy is not limited to Online Sales. Our Sales and Returns Policy also applies to all orders received via other means i.e. Postal Orders, Telepone Orders and Order via Fax. .
